Description
The Amazing Arachknight
Peter Wayne was a highschool freshman at GCHS going for his BA in graphic design. Peter had always been a good artist and had caught the eye of J. James Gordon, the police commissioner, when Terry was in court sketching for his uncle, the assistant DA; Thomas Wayne. Gordon hired him to become a police sketch artist.
One day, while on a field trip to Oscorp Industries, Peter and his class were shown prototypes for Oscorp Body Armor Transfiguration. The wearer was given enhanced strength speed and agility and a series of gadgets to help the user in combat. The most innovative feature was the Inline mind design. This allowed the wearer to change the look of the armor. The secret behind the innovative change was the Lazarus Elixir. This allowed the mind to tranfer thought commands into the suit. While pulling a prank on Peter, Elliot "Flash" Thompson, he knocked Peter into a table where he was drenched by the Lazarus Elixir. Unbeknownst to anyone, one of the four suits was active. It locked onto Peter and synched to his bio-rhythm.
Later that evening, Peter was burning the midnight oil completing his sociology homework on the study of phobias, when the armor smashed through his window. After cowering for a bit, he realized no one was in it. Donning the armor he sprang into action testing out all of its capabilities. Back at Oscorp, Norman found one of his armors missing and hired a mercenary to get it back for him.
The mercenary was a man who went by the moniker The Last Laugh. He was the son of a former vaudevillian stage performer who owed money to the mob. When his father didn't pay, the mob burnt his circus and killed him and his family, carving garish grins from ear to ear. Amazingly Lincoln (the only known name he goes by) survived and joined the very mob that killed his father. He worked his way through the mafia and became an A+ hit-man, always leaving his calling card: A scalped victim with a smiley face branded into the skull. Eventually he helped a lieutenant by the name of Wilson Dent overthrow the boss and put Wilson in as the new leader.
Wilson Dent was the Gotham City D.A. by day and the kingpin of crime known as the One-Eyed Jack by night. His two faced approach to running the criminal underworld was easy: Arrest and prosecute all of the criminals who won't throw in with your gang. Thomas Wayne suspected his best friend's behavior and started an investigation. He finally uncovered the truth about Dent and had the evidence to back it up.
Peter happened onto an alley way. There he saw a young girl being mugged. He stopped the mugging on the virtue of being intimidating. The mugger saw his armored form and ran away. Later that night, Peter thought what would really give them a fright? Remembering his sociology homework, he saw that Arachnophobia was the number 1 fear in America. Using the Inline mind design, he fashioned his armor to take on the attributes of a spider including web shooters and extra arms(the coils act as extra arms Ala the iron spider costume). He called himself, the Arachknight.
As Peter came home after school one day, he walked in on his aunt and uncle being held at gunpoint by some goons. He recognized one of the goons as the one that ran away from him in the alley. Then he saw the Last Laugh. The goons murdered Thomas and Martha Wayne in front of Peter. As the Laugh started towards him, Peter's fight or flight mechanism kicked in and activated the suit. It came crashing in from the garage and saved Peter. The goons fled. Peter was all alone. He would have become a ward of the state had he not been adopted by his godfather, Wilson Dent.
Norman Osborn having no luck in reclaiming his suit, drank the Lazarus Elixir and synched with one of his armors. His thinking was "If you want something done right, do it yourself.", thus was born: The Demon Head.

The Demonchilde: Talia + Hobgoblin: Talia, the daughter of Norman Osborn. She wears the third B.A.T. suit.
The Murder: Scarecrow + Vulture: Professor Adrian Crane in an attempt to get over his Ornithophobia, created a fear secretion.
The Squid: Doc Ock + the Penguin: A Thalidomide baby, Oswald Octavius lost his family fortune sinking into a prototype armed wheelchair.
The Lightning Bug: Electro + Firefly: Garfield Dillon was just an electric worker until he was struck by lightning. He now works for the Black Rose.
T-Rex: Rhino + Killer Croc: Waylon O'Hirn the first victim of Dr Kirk Conners DNA tampering.
The Enigma: Mysterio + The Riddler: Former Master Magician who tried to make the empire State building disappear only to have Arachknight ruin it by accident.
Poison: Venom + Ink: The Lazarus Elixir given form.
Mr. Carnage: Mr. Zsasz + Carnage: A murderer who cuts himself and bathes in his victim's blood.
The Wylde: Bane + Kraven: A Russian immigrant that injects altered jungle cat DNA into himself to gain the powers of that cat. (See Dr. Kirk Conners)
Facade: Hush + Chameleon: The man of a million faces. Claims to know Arachknight personally.
"Quicksand" Flint Marko: Sandman + Clayface: Former UFC fighter who underwent non-elective gene therapy after refusing to throw a fight.
The Glacier Man: Hydroman + Mr. Freeze: After a freak Nitrogen accident where he saw his girlfriend frozen and shattered, Professor Morris Frees declared war on the world.
The Black Rose: The Rose + The Black Mask: The actual son of Wilson Dent, Richard, became a ganster to rebel against his father.
The Cat: Catwoman + the Black Cat: Felicity Kyle is a GCHS student by day and cat burgular by night.
Lady Arachnia: Batgirl + Spiderwoman: Casandra Drew, an Oscorp scientist, stole the 4th B.A.T. suit from Oscorp.
Terrordactyl: Manbat + Lizard: Dr. Kirk Conners after tampering with others, uses his newest trial DNA on himself.
The Web: Oracle + Madame Web: Barbara Gordon uses her position as the police chief's daughter to help Arachknight.
Whiplash Smile: Harley Quinn + The Scorpion: A cyborg assasin with 3 prehensile razor-sharp tails attatched to her head. Works for The Last Laugh.
The Scarlet Scorpion: Red Hood + The Scarlet Spider: A clone of Arachknight enhanced with cybernetics.
Hammerfist: Hammerhead + The Ventriliquist: The Black Rose's enforcer. He has titanium hands.
Dr. Strangeclone: Hugo Strange + The Jakyl: Dr. Hugo Warren, Dr. Connors former assistant, he took their research to a whole new level.
The Widowmaker: Poison Ivy + Tarantula: Dr. Pamela Alvarez an entomologist whose study in the field of arachnids drew her to Arachknight. She is also a poison expert.
